We have been formed to acquire, renovate, improve, rehab and eventually re-sell one or more housing projects selected by our team.

A world traveler, Jhoiey works from a diverse and extensive pallet of design. The vision of her designs largely come from gathered inspiration from her travels, and lifestyle collaboration with clients.
Jhoiey has been working in the industry of design and architecture for over 20 years prior to launching the studio. She worked up through the ranks as job captain, project designer, and project architect with 6 firms in Southern California and the Philippines, including Lor Calma Design & Associates and Westfield. At Westfield, she was a Senior Design Manager and Regional Tenant Coordinator and led the designs of large scale commercial projects including shopping centers, tenant improvement, and airport concessions. Her background in architecture has been a monumental service to both her and her clients--holding a BS in Architecture and a Masters in Interior Architecture has allowed great versatility and skill as the industry of interior design and architecture are inherently intertwined. Future ventures include product design and distribution.
